Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers. 

Note: there will be a $150 administration fee charged for refunds on duplicate registration payments.

Registration
Cancellations before Friday, 14 November 2025 will incur a A$150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations from Saturday, 15 November 2025 to Saturday, 3 January 2026 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations on or after Sunday, 4 January 2026 will receive no refund.

Networking Function
Payments are non-refundable as of Sunday, 4 January 2026.

 
Arinex is not responsible for any mandatory quarantine fees and travel and border responsibility rests with the individual arriving into Australia.

The Organiser and Host/s of the 8th International 4 Corners of Cardiology (the “Event”) reserve the right to remove from the venue/Event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. Such removal does not constitute a right to refund of any fees paid. Please view the Code of Conduct here which all attendees are expected to comply with.

Option 1 - Invoice Payment

  • If you are would like to pay via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), please select Option 1 from the below and a tax invoice will be automatically emailed to you. 

 

Option 2 - Credit Card Payment

  • Credit card is the preferred method of payment.
  • All transactions by credit card will appear on your bank statement as "Conference by Arinex".
