The Melbourne Walking Tour is optional for all delegates. It consists of a terrific cultural experience focusing on queer and modern Melbourne culture - seeing iconic laneways, backstreets and arcades.

Accommodation

Credit card details must be provided at time of booking to guarantee your reservation.

Should you not arrive at the hotel on your check-in date, the hotel will hold the room until the following morning, and one night will be charged to your credit card by the hotel.

Bookings cancelled in their entirety 30 to 1 day prior and No Shows will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one (1) night's deposit, which will be retained by The Hotel. For reduction in stay dates, no fee will apply if notification of the change is provided to the hotel outside of 24 hours of the check in date.

Please note full payment will be charged to the credit card supplied 7 days prior.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the World LGBTQ Conference for Criminal Justice Professionals 2023 Managers at Register.lgbtq2023@arinex.com.au. 

Note: there will be a $150 administration fee charged for refunds on duplicate registration payments.

Registration
Cancellations before 02 December 2022 will incur an A$150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations from 03 December 2022 to 21 December 2022 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations on or after 22 December 2022 will receive no refund.

Accommodation
One night's deposit or credit card details must be paid at time of booking to guarantee reservation.
Deposit is non-refundable as at 31 December 2022.

Social Function
Payments are non-refundable as at 22 December 2022.

Tours
Payments are non-refundable as at 22 December 2022.
 
The Organiser and Host/s of the World LGBTQ Conference for Criminal Justice Professionals 2023 (the “Event”) reserve the right to remove from the venue/Event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.
