The Australian Sports Commission (ASC) is collecting your personal information to facilitate delegate registrations and attendance requirements for the Women in Sport Congress 2026.

The information collected will be managed by authorised ASC staff and may be disclosed through our partnership with the National Institute Network (NIN), National Sporting Organisations (NSOs), and our event host W Brisbane and/or Howard Smith Wharves for the primary purpose of the collection. 

The ASC is committed to protecting personal information provided by you in accordance with the with the Australian Privacy Principles and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) to ensure your information is protected against unauthorised access and use.  Further information is available in the ASC’s Privacy Policy.

The following consent is required before you can proceed and register for this Conference. Please note that if you do not give consent for your details to be used by the organisers, we will not be able to contact you regarding the planning and conduct of the Conference. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the WISC Committee at femaleperformancehealth@ausport.gov.au. 


Registration
Cancellations after 31 January 2026 will receive no refund.

Social Functions
Payments are non-refundable at 31 January 2026

The Organiser and Host/s of WISC 2026 (the “Event”) reserve the right to remove from the venue/Event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. Such removal does not constitute a right to refund of any fees paid. Please view the Code of Conduct here which all attendees are expected to comply with.

  • If you are would like to pay via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), please selection Option 1 from the below and a tax invoice will be automatically emailed to you.

  • All transactions by credit card will appear on your bank statement as "Conference by Arinex".
