The Congress Organisers encourage delegates to book accommodation at one of the preferred hotels to take advantage of exclusive hotel rates, including complimentary Wi-Fi and to maximise networking opportunities with other delegates. Only Adina Apartment Hotel Perth can be booked via this form; bookings for ibis Perth and Novotel Perth Murray Street must be done via the links on the website.

  • There is a 3-night minimum stay required for each booking.
  • A credit card guarantee is all that is required to secure your reservation at the time of booking.
  • The full accommodation payment will be charged by the hotel to this card on or around 19 August 2026. Should you wish to pre-pay your accommodation by invoice or if you require a third party authorisation form, please contact the Congress Organisers at weec2026@arinexgroup.com to arrange this.
  • Should your room not be paid in full or there is no credit card guarantee against your booking, the booking will be considered void and will be cancelled.
  • Cancellation requests received after 19 August 2026 will incur a full charge of each cancelled room night. No shows will also incur a full charge of each booked room night.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the WEEC 2026 Congress Managers at register.weec2026@arinexgroup.com.

Registration
Cancellations before Saturday 20 June 2026 will incur a A$150 cancellation fee.
Cancellations from Sunday 21 June 2026 to Monday 10 August 2026 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations on or after Tuesday 11 August 2026 will receive no refund.

Cancellations due to Australian visa rejections will only be accepted until Saturday 20 June 2026 (AWST). Proof of visa rejection (letter) from the Australian Government must be provided. Such cancellations will receive a full refund less AU$150.00 cancellation fee.

Social Functions
Payments are non-refundable as at Tuesday 11 August 2026.

Arinex is not responsible for any mandatory quarantine fees and travel and border responsibility rests with the individual arriving into Australia.

The Organiser and Host/s of the WEEC 2026 (the “Event”) reserve the right to remove from the venue/Event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. Such removal does not constitute a right to refund of any fees paid. Please view the Code of Conduct, which all attendees are expected to comply with.
