Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the IFEA WEC 2026 Congress Managers at register.ifea2026@arinexgroup.com.

Registration Cancellation Policy  
Cancellations before 1 April 2026 will incur a $150.00 AUD cancellation fee.
Cancellations from 1 April 2026 to 31 July 2026 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations on or after 1 August 2026 will receive no refund.

Social 
Payments are non-refundable as of 1 August 2026.

Declined Visa Application  
If your visa application has been declined and you are unable to attend, your paid registration and social functions will be cancelled.  

Cancelled Paid Duplicated Registration
Cancellation of a paid duplicated registration will receive a full refund minus a $150.00 AUD administration fee. 


Arinex is not responsible for any mandatory quarantine fees and travel and border responsibility rests with the individual arriving into Australia.

The Organiser and Host/s of the 15th IFEA World Endodontic Congress (the “Event”) reserve the right to remove from the venue/Event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. Such removal does not constitute a right to refund of any fees paid. Please view the Code of Conduct here which all attendees are expected to comply with.

Payment by Credit Card
Payments by credit card will incur the following fees to cover administrative costs to process the payments and account reconciliations, transaction processing fees and compliance and security costs: Visa and MasterCard at 2.2% and American Express at 3.0%. 

  • Credit card is the preferred method of payment.
  • All transactions by credit card will appear on your bank statement as "Conference by Arinex".
