Women Deliver 2026, being held in Australia, adheres to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), including the Privacy Amendment (Notifiable Data Breaches) Act 2017, which upholds individuals' rights to the protection of their personal information. Side event packages include:

• Venue room hire
• Chairs/tables at full capacity for theatre style or roundtable style
• Two hand microphones
• One lectern including lectern microphone
• Adequate screen and projector for room size
• Stage (depending on room size)
• Audio Visual is setup for in person attendance only
• Two representatives only will be allowed access to the room
• Electronic door signage with the side event name

Additional items:

• Any requests for catering will incur additional costs. Catering quotes can be received from the organisers after the application has been approved.
• Additional AV requests on top of the above inclusions
• Remote speakers or remote attendees will not be facilitated unless prior requested and then approved. Additional charges will apply
• Any additional furniture
• Additional signage requests

Side events include a set of standard inclusions, which have been outlined earlier above. If you require anything beyond these offerings, it must be arranged in advance with the organisers and may incur additional costs.

To support early planning, please outline any additional room setup or technical requests that fall outside the current inclusions. We understand that plans may evolve, so a draft overview at this stage is sufficient.

To help us understand your proposed format, please provide a summary of your anticipated program/agenda throughout the event. This does not have to be final. Example includes: One keynote speaker to present for 45minutes with questions & answers following, the final 20minutes open to networking.
