We are very excited to have you join us in Narrm (Melbourne), Australia on the unceded lands of the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung Peoples of the Kulin Nation, for the first-ever Women Deliver Conference regionally hosted by the Oceanic Pacific on April 27-30, 2026.
To accept your scholarship and proceed with the logistics related to your participation, please fill out this form. Please read the information below before you start, as key details are provided to guide you.
Travel Documentation
– This scholarship includes international travel to Australia for the WD2026 Conference.
– Participants who do not hold an Australian passport must obtain a visa, which will be covered by the scholarship.
– To be eligible for international travel, you must hold a valid passport with at least six months’ validity beyond the Conference dates.
– At the time of completing this form, you must already hold a valid passport and provide the relevant passport details.
Please note: This passport requirement does not apply to applicants who are from or based in Australia.
Background checks:
Final selection for sponsored participation is conditional upon successful background checks. To enable this process, you will be asked to provide personal information (full name, address, and government-issued ID) through this form.
For participants with disabilities requiring a support person, or for adolescents under 18 traveling with a guardian, additional information will be requested to complete background checks and make the necessary arrangements.
Consent
By submitting this form, you confirm your acceptance of the scholarship. At the beginning of the form, you will also be asked to provide your consent for the background check.
Information Sharing
Women Deliver will share your contact information with Arinex Group (WD2026’s Professional Conference Organizer) to arrange your travel and accommodation. Your information will remain confidential and used solely for organizing your participation in WD2026.
