Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Congress Managers at brisbane2019@arinex.com.au 

Registration Fees:
Cancellations before 30 June 2019 will incur a A$150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations from 30 June 2019 to 10 September 2019 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations on or after 11 September 2019 will receive no refund.

Accommodation: 
One night's deposit must be paid at time of booking to guarantee reservation.
Deposit is non-refundable as at 11 September 2019.

Social Function Fees:
Payments are non-refundable as at 11 September 2019.
