Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the SSAA Convention 2022 Managers at ssaa@arinex.com.au. 

Note: there will be a $150 administration fee charged for refunds on duplicate registration payments.

Registration
Cancellations before Tuesday 9 August 2022 will incur an A$150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations from Wednesday 10 August 2022 to Thursday 29 September 2022 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations on or after Friday 30 September 2022 will receive no refund.

Accommodation
Credit card details must be paid at time of booking to guarantee reservation.
Deposit is non-refundable as at Sunday 9 October 2022.

Social Function
Payments are non-refundable as at Friday 30 September 2022.

The Organiser and Host/s of the SSAA Convention 2022 (the “Event”) reserve the right to remove from the venue/Event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.
