As per the recent change to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) legislation, you as a conference attendee have the option to consent OR withdraw consent for your personal details being passed on to Conference venue, Sponsors, Exhibitors and third-party providers for use of planning (such as passing dietary requirements to the Crown Conference Centre for catering purposes). GDPR aims to give protection to attendees’ personal data however please note that if you withdraw consent, you will be unable to proceed to register for the Conference and be re-directed back to the Screen Forever website.

Creche
Screen Forever is pleased to announce the availability of an onsite creche for exclusive use for delegates at this year's event.

Leading creche provider Crechendo will provide a safe and fun environment for children requiring care during conference hours. Children will be entertained with a variety of age appropriate arts and crafts, equipment and toys whilst being supervised by qualified and experienced childcare educators. Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm daily
Located: Meeting Room 14, Level 1 of the Crown Conference Centre

Important things to note: 
  1. Parents or legal guardians remain responsible for the child attending the creche and must remain within the Crown Conference Centre at all times and are not permitted to attend any gaming or external areas while the children are in care.
  2. Parents or legal guardians must be contactable by mobile phone while the child is in the creche's care.
  3. All children must be signed in and out by a parent or legal guardian.
  4. Children must be collected by 5.30pm.
  5. Meals will not be provided by Crechendo.
  • Parents or legal guardians should provide all morning and afternoon tea snacks and drinks/milk etc (labelled with your child's name) for the carers to provide to the children. Please DO NOT bring food with nuts in it.
  • Parents must return to feed or collect the children for the lunch meal between 12.30pm - 1.30pm.
  • The location of the room will allow parents or legal guardians quick and easy access to their children.
  • For children aged 2 and under who require an afternoon sleep, please bring along their pram/stroller.
  • Nappy change facilities are in the venue disabled toilets and parents or legal guardians will be required to return to change their child.

Summary

All costs are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers.

Registration Fees:
Cancellations before 20 August 2018 will incur an A$150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations from 21 August 2018 to 10 October 2018 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations on or after 11 October 2018 will receive no refund.

Social Function Fees:
Payments are non-refundable at 11 October 2018.

Insurance
Delegates are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide such insurance cover. Screen Producers Australia and Arinex accept no responsibility for any loss or damage in this regard.

Screen Producers Australia and Arinex will not accept liability for the damages of any nature sustained by participants or their accompanying persons for loss or damage to their personal property as a result of Screen Producers Australia, SCREEN FOREVER Conference or related events.

Photography
Delegates, Speakers and guests of the Conference consent to being photographed, filmed and/or recorded throughout the Conference, including social events. I consent to the use of any such image, film or recording being used at the discretion of Screen Producers Australia. Should you not consent, please notify the Conference Managers by email upon completion of your online registration.
