Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the IEEE International Radar Conference Managers at register.radar2023@arinex.com.au.  

Note: there will be a $150 administration fee charged for refunds on duplicate registration payments.

Registration
Cancellations before Thursday 6 July 2023 will incur an A$150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations from Friday 7 July 2023 to Tuesday 26 September 2023 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations on or after Wednesday 27 September 2023 will receive no refund.

Accommodation
One night's deposit or credit card details must be paid at time of booking to guarantee reservation.
Deposit is non-refundable as at Friday 6 October 2023.

Social Function
Payments are non-refundable as at Wednesday 27 September 2023.

In the event that a VISA is not granted, please let the organising committee know. Radar 2023 offers two options:

For authors who have an accepted paper and have registered for the conference:

  •     You can withdraw your paper and we offer a full refund
  •     We will allow a colleague to present the paper on your behalf. Registration is required in this case to cover the cost of the publication. Please contact us 

If you do not have an accepted paper and have registered for the conference, we require that you pay the minimum cancellation fee of A$150.


The Organiser and Host/s of the IEEE International Radar Conference (the “Event”) reserve the right to remove from the venue/Event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. Such removal does not constitute a right to refund of any fees paid. Please view the Code of Conduct here which all attendees are expected to comply with.
