Terms and conditions (agreed to during your purchase)
Should you need to cancel your registration to attend the conference, please review the cancellation policy on the conference website. We strongly recommend you personally organize the purchase of travel insurance to ensure all costs arising from any potential cancellation will be covered
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers at register.NDF25@arinexgroup.com.
We accept substitutions if you are unable to attend. Registrations may not be shared.
Cancelled Registration
Cancellations before 15 March 2025 will incur a $150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations from March 15 2025 to April 15 2025 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations on or after 16 April 2025 will receive no refund.
Declined Visa Application
If your visa application has been declined and you are unable to attend. Your paid registration will be cancelled, and the following registration cancellation policies will apply immediately.
Cancelled Paid Duplicated Registration
Cancellation of a paid duplicated registration will receive a full refund minus a $150.00 administration fee.
Cancelled Workshops
Cancellations before 15 March 2024 will incur a $150.00 cancellation fee.
Payments are non-refundable on or after 16 April 2025.
If your registration is not paid yet, it will be valid for 14 days from date of registration. If payment has not been received within 14 days, your registration will be automatically cancelled.
Passport and Visa Information
Arinex is not responsible for any mandatory quarantine fees and travel and border responsibility rests with the individual arriving into New Zealand.

Please note communications sent by external travel providers are not associated with Arinex.
All official event travel and accommodation arrangements, and communications regarding your registration will be sent to you directly by Arinex.
If you receive any external communications please note proceeding with booking with an external provider is at your own risk and no liability will be borne by the event organisers.
