Summary

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Congress Organisers at register.wc2025@arinexgroup.com. 

Registration
Cancellations before Sunday 29 June 2025 (ACST) will incur a A$150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations from Monday 30 June 2025 (ACST) to Tuesday 19 August 2025 (ACST) will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations on or after Wednesday 20 August 2025 (ACST) will receive no refund.

Social
Payments are non-refundable as at Wednesday 20 August 2025 (ACST).

Accommodation
Credit card details must be provided at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation. Full amount of stay will be charged to the provided credit card 30 days prior to arrival.

Any cancellations, including shortening of stays, made within 30 days of arrival or no show will incur a cancellation fee equal to each room night that the room was booked.
