Summary

All costs are in Australian Dollars

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers. 

Note: there will be a $150 administration fee charged for refunds on duplicate registration payments.

Registration
Cancellations before Monday 4 August 2025 will incur an A$150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations between Tuesday 5 August 2025 - Sunday 17 August 2025 will receive a 50% refund of fees payable.
Cancellations after Monday 18 August will receive no refund.

Social Function/ Tour
Payments are non-refundable from Monday 11 August 2025.
 
Arinex is not responsible for any mandatory quarantine fees and travel and border responsibility rests with the individual arriving into Perth, Western Australia. 

The Organiser and Host/s of the International Society for Seed Science Conference, the 15th Biennial ISSS Conference / Seed Ecology VIII (ISSS 2025) (the “Event”) reserve the right to remove from the venue/Event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. Such removal does not constitute a right to refund of any fees paid. Please view the Code of Conduct here which all attendees are expected to comply with.
