Adina Apartments: Bookings cancelled in their entirety 14 to 1 day prior and No Shows will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one (1) nights deposit.

Novotel Melbourne South Wharf: Bookings cancelled in their entirety 45 to 1 days prior to check in will be charged 100% of the stay. Full payment is required for your accommodation at Novotel no later than 45 days prior to check in. In the event of a 'No Show', full cancellation penalties apply to all nights of the stay.

Pan Pacific Melbourne: Bookings cancelled 30 to 15 day prior will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one nights deposit. Bookings cancelled 14 to 0 days prior and no shows will be charged a cancellation fee equal of the entire stay accommodation stay.

• The maximum number of rooms for a booking is 9. Please leave the note in "Special Request" for additional rooms' guest details. If you require more than 9 rooms, please get in touch with Accommodation team who will send you the group booking form.

• If the number of rooms you require at your preferred hotel is not available, you can contact the Accommodation team to assist you. Or please try to select another hotel.

• If there are no rooms available in a hotel on the dates you have selected, it will show as “Full".

• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include a goods and services tax (GST). Room options that include breakfast are shown separately.

• If you book rooms at more than one hotel, you will need to add a credit card guarantee for each booking.

• If you wish to amend or cancel a booking that you have made, including changing dates or adding rooms or another hotel, please contact the Accommodation team. You will not be able to do this directly on the booking system.

Registration
Cancellations before Friday 21 June 2024 will incur a A$150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations from Friday 21 June 2024 to Tuesday 13 August 2024 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations on or after Wednesday 14 August 2024 will receive no refund.
