Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the International Childhood Trauma Conference 2025 Managers at register.ictc2025@arinexgroup.com

Note: there will be a $150 administration fee charged for refunds on duplicate registration payments.

Registration
Cancellations before 17 May 2025 will incur an A$150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations from 18 May 2025 to 16 July 2025 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations on or after 17 July 2025 will receive no refund.

Accommodation
Credit card details must be provided at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation.

Arinex is not responsible for any mandatory quarantine fees and travel and border responsibility rests with the individual arriving into Melbourne. 

The Organiser and Host/s of the International Childhood Trauma Conference 2025 (the “Event”) reserve the right to remove from the venue/Event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.
