Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Congress Managers at icme-15@arinexgroup.com.  

Note: there will be a $150 administration fee charged for refunds on duplicate registration payments.

Registration
Cancellations before Thursday 1 February 2024 will incur an A$150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations from Friday 2 February 2024 to Monday 27 May 2024 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations on or after Tuesday 28 May 2024 will receive no refund.

Accommodation 
Cancellations within 30 days to arrival and no show will be charged a cancellation fee equal to each room night that the room was booked. 

Social Functions / Tours / Workshops 
Payments are non-refundable as at Tuesday 28 May 2024. 


The Organiser and Host/s of the ICME-15 Congress (the “Event”) reserve the right to remove from the venue/Event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. Such removal does not constitute a right to refund of any fees paid. Please view the Code of Conduct here which all attendees are expected to comply with.
