Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Symposium Managers at register.hwrs@arinexgroup.com   

Note: there will be a $150 administration fee charged for refunds on duplicate registration payments.


Registration
Cancellations before Monday 25 August 2025 will incur a A$150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations from Monday 25 August 2025 to Wednesday 15 October 2025 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations on or after Thursday 16 October 2025 will receive no refund.

Social 
Payments are non-refundable as at Thursday 16 October 2025.

Arinex is not responsible for any mandatory quarantine fees and travel and border responsibility rests with the individual arriving into Australia.

The Organiser and Host/s of the Hydrology & Water Resource Symposium 2025  (the “Event”) reserve the right to remove from the venue/Event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. Such removal does not constitute a right to refund of any fees paid. Please view the Code of Conduct here which all attendees are expected to comply with.

 - Credit card is the preferred method of payment.
 - All transactions by credit card will appear on your bank statement as "Conference by Arinex".
