Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers at register.geoasia8@arinex.com

Registration
Cancellations before Monday 10 March 2025 will incur a A$150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations from Monday 10 March 2025 to Wednesday 30 April 2025 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations on or after Thursday 1 May 2025 will receive no refund.

Accommodation
•    Credit card details must be provided at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation.
•    Full amount of stay will be charged to the provided credit card 30 days prior to arrival. 
•    Any cancellations including shorten stays made within 30 days of arrival or no show will incur a charge equivalent to the full duration of the stay.

Social
Payments are non-refundable as at Saturday 10 May 2025.

Tours/Workshops

The Organiser and Host/s of the GEOASIA8 (the “Event”) reserve the right to remove from the venue/Event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.
