Cancellations must be notified in writing to the CSC 2026 Congress Managers at register.csc@arinexgroup.com   

Registration 

Cancellations before Tuesday 30 June 2026 will incur a $150 cancellation fee. 
Cancellations from Wednesday 1 July 2026 to Tuesday 8 September 2026 will incur a 50% cancellation fee. 
Cancellations on or after Wednesday 9 September 2026 will receive no refund.

Arinex is not responsible for any mandatory quarantine fees and travel and border responsibility rests with the individual arriving into Australia.

The Organiser and Host/s of the Australian Society of Anaesthetists (ASA) and New Zealand Society of Anaesthetists (NZSA) Combined Scientific Congress 2026 reserve the right to remove from the venue/Event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. Such removal does not constitute a right to a refund of any fees paid.
