Beware of Phishing Emails

Some external individuals/companies may be sending emails that reference ASUM AU26, potentially giving the false impression they are affiliated with the Conference. These entities are not connected with the official Conference Managers, and may not be legitimate travel providers. Some may be attempting to fraudulently obtain personal or financial information.

All official registration, travel and/or accommodation information will come directly from Arinex (where applicable). We strongly recommend using only travel agents or services you personally know and trust.

Engaging with third-party providers is at your own risk, and the Conference Organisers accept no liability for any resulting issues or losses. Stay alert and rely only on official communication channels.

The Conference Managers encourage delegates to book accommodation at one of the preferred hotels to take advantage of exclusive rates, including complimentary Wi-Fi and to maximise networking opportunities with other delegates. Only Adina Apartment Hotel Perth can be booked via this form; bookings for Parmelia Hilton Perth must be done directly via this link.

Terms and Conditions (Adina Apartment Hotel Perth only)

• A credit card guarantee is all that is required to secure your reservation at the time of booking.
• The full accommodation payment will be charged by the hotel to this card on or around 11 October 2026. Should you wish to pre-pay your accommodation by invoice or if you require a third-party authorisation form, please contact the Conference Managers at asumperth26@arinexgroup.com to arrange this.
• Should your room not be paid in full or there is no credit card guarantee against your booking, the booking will be considered void and will be cancelled.
• Cancellation requests received after 12 October 2026 will incur a full charge of each cancelled room night. No shows will also incur a full charge of each booked room night.
• If you require accommodation outside the Conference dates, please contact the Conference Managers at asumperth26@arinexgroup.com. Requested additional dates cannot be guaranteed.
