o Any cancellations made within 90 to 61 days to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to one night’s accommodation fee. o Any cancellations including shorten stays made within 60 to 31 days to arrival and no show will incur a cancellation fee equal to each room night that the room was booked.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION


• The maximum number of rooms for a booking is 9. Please leave the note in "Special Request" for additional rooms' guest details. If you require more than 9 rooms, please get in touch with the Accommodation team who will send you the group booking form.

• Rooms will be available from 27 October 2024. If you require an earlier check-in date, please contact the Accommodation team who can organise this for you.

• If the number of rooms you require at your preferred hotel is not available, you can contact the ASTRA 2024 Accommodation team to assist you.

• If there are no rooms available in a hotel on the dates you have selected, it will show as “Full".

• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include a goods and services tax (GST). Room options that include breakfast are shown separately.

• If you book rooms at more than one hotel, you will need to add a credit card guarantee for each booking.

• If you wish to amend or cancel a booking that you have made, including changing dates or adding rooms or another hotel, please contact the ASTRA 2024 Accommodation team. You will not be able to do this directly on the booking system.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers at register.astrahts@arinexgroup.com

Note: there will be a $150 administration fee charged for refunds on duplicate registration payments.

Registration
Cancellations before or on Monday 29 July 2024 will incur an A$150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations from Tuesday 30 July 2024 to Thursday 26 September 2024 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations on or after Friday 27 September 2024 will receive no refund.

Accommodation
Any cancellation made within 90 to 61 days prior to arrival will incure a cancellation fee equal to one night's accommodation fee. 
Any cancellation including shorten stay made within 60 - 31 days prior to arrival or no show will incur a cancellation fee equal to each room night that the room was booked.

Social
Payments are non-refundable as at Friday 27 September 2024. 
 
Arinex is not responsible for any mandatory quarantine fees and travel and border responsibility rests with the individual arriving into Brisbane. 

The Organiser and Host/s of the ASTRA Here to Stay Conference 2024 (the “Event”) reserve the right to remove from the venue/Event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. Such removal does not constitute a right to refund of any fees paid. Please view the Code of Conduct here which all attendees are expected to comply with.
