CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers at register.astrahts@arinexgroup.com

All costs are in Australian Dollars

  • Cancellations before 21 July 2025 will incur a $150.00 AUD cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations from 22 July 2025 to 21 September 2025 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations on or after 22 September 2025 will receive no refunds.

Payments for the Poolside Cocktail Welcome Function and Awards Dinner are non-refundable on and after Monday, 22 September 2025.

The Organiser and Host/s of ASTRA 2025 (the “Event”) reserve the right to remove from the venue/Event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. Such removal does not constitute a right to refund of any fees paid. Please view the Code of Conduct here which all attendees are expected to comply with.
