Join us at COSMEX Clinic for an immersive Plastic Surgery Practice Review, designed to showcase the full spectrum of operations across a multi-specialist clinic. Located in Epping, the facility offers a unique opportunity to explore the inner workings of a high-performing practice.
Participants will rotate through dedicated stations in each consult room, gaining insights from key team members:
- Practice Manager: Learn about the clinic’s operational structure and day-to-day management.
- Business Development Manager: Discover strategies behind business growth and sustainability.
- Nursing Team: Observe how the practice nurses manage high-volume minor operations with precision and care.
- Cosmetic Nurse / Dermal Therapist / Lymphatic Massage Therapist: Dive into the world of energy-based devices, non-surgical treatments, injectables, and lymphatic massage.
- Patient & Theatre Coordinators: Understand patient flow, quoting systems, and surgical scheduling processes.
Dr Sepehr Lajevardi will also be available to speak with surgeons about managing a multi-associate practice, including their team of 5 plastic surgeons and 5 other specialists in vascular, breast, bariatric, ENT, and dermatology; in addition to GP-led clinics focused on skin health, weight loss, and hair transplantation.
Places are strictly limited to 15 attendees. Attendees have the option to make their own way to the clinic via public transport or Uber/taxi. A return bus transfer is available from the W Hotel and will depart at approx. 8.45am.
