If you could fix just one issue at your front desk or in your clinic operations, what would it be? Tell us anything, from booking headaches to retention struggles to stock control disasters, and our expert panel will provide a solution, standard operating procedure and plan for implementation live on stage.

Due to the limited duration of the session, only one or two submissions will be selected for presentation. However, even if your case isn’t chosen for the live panel, you may still be selected for a personalised solution after the conference - but only if you are a conference attendee!

Tip: Aim for 100–300 words so we have enough detail to give you the most useful solution.
