Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers at register.apisat@arinexgroup.com. 

Note: there will be a $150 administration fee charged for refunds on duplicate registration payments.

Registration
Cancellations before 28 July 2024 will incur an A$150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations from  29 July 2024 to 17 September 2024 will incur a 50% refund cancellation fee.
Cancellations on or after 18 September 2024 will receive no refund.

Accommodation
Full non-refundable prepayment will be charged to the credit card provided 30 days prior to arrival.
Any cancellations including shorten stays made within 30 days of arrival or no show will incur a cancellation fee equal to each room night that the room was booked.

Social Function/ Tour
Payments are non-refundable as at 18 September 2024.
 
Arinex is not responsible for any mandatory quarantine fees and travel and border responsibility rests with the individual arriving into Adelaide. 

The Organiser and Host/s of the APISAT 2024 (the “Event”) reserve the right to remove from the venue/Event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. Such removal does not constitute a right to refund of any fees paid. Please view the Code of Conduct here which all attendees are expected to comply with.
