Cancellations must be notified in writing to the APAC 2025 Conference Managers at register.apac@arinexgroup.com

Registration
Cancellations before Wednesday 13 August 2025 will incur a A$150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations from Thursday 14 August 2025 to Wednesday 1 October 2025 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations on or after Thursday 2 October 2025 will receive no refund.

Social
Payments are non-refundable as at Thursday 2 October 2025.
