Early bird rate is available until 11:59pm (AEST) 7 June 2025.

Onsite rate is available from 12:00am (AEST) 16 July 2025.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers. 

Note: there will be a $150 administration fee charged for refunds on duplicate registration payments.

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the AP-RASC Conference Managers at register.ap-rasc@arinexgroup.com. 


Registration
Cancellations before Saturday 7 June 2025 will incur a A$150 cancellation fee. 
Cancellations from Sunday 8 June 2025 to Monday 14 July 2025 will incur a 50% cancellation fee. 
Cancellations on or after Tuesday 15 July 2025 will receive no refund. 

Social
Payments are non-refundable as at Tuesday 15 July 2025. 


Arinex is not responsible for any mandatory quarantine fees and travel and border responsibility rests with the individual arriving into Australia.

The Organiser and Host/s of the 2025 URSI Asia-Pacific Radio Science Conference (the “Event”) reserve the right to remove from the venue/Event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. Such removal does not constitute a right to refund of any fees paid. Please view the Code of Conduct here which all attendees are expected to comply with.
