• Rooms will be available from 22 July 2024. If you require an earlier check-in date, please contact the Accommodation team who can organise this for you.

• If the number of rooms you require at your preferred hotel is not available, you can contact the Accommodation team to assist you. Or please try to select another hotel.

• If there are no rooms available in a hotel on the dates you have selected, it will show as “Full".

• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include a goods and services tax (GST). Room options that include breakfast are shown separately.

• If you book rooms at more than one hotel, you will need to add a credit card guarantee for each booking.

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers at vetscienceweek@arinex.com.au

 

Registration

Cancellations on or before Thursday 25 April 2024 will incur a A$150.00 cancellation fee.

Cancellations from Friday 26 April 2024 to Wednesday 12 June 2024 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations on or after Thursday 13 June 2024 will receive no refund.

Arinex is not responsible for any mandatory quarantine fees and travel and border responsibility rests with the individual arriving into Australia

The Organiser and Host/s of the Vet Science Week 2024 (the “Event”) reserve the right to remove from the venue/Event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.
