Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Managers: register.vetscienceweek@arinexgroup.com
Should you need to cancel your registration to attend the conference and any associated accommodation linked to conference, please review the cancellation policy on the conference website. We strongly recommend you personally organize the purchase of travel insurance to ensure all costs arising from any potential cancellation will be covered
Note: there will be a $150 administration fee charged for refunds on duplicate registration payments.
Registration
Cancellations before Friday, 24 April 2026 will incur a A$150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations from Saturday, 25 April 2026 to Friday, 12 June 2026 will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the registration fee or $150.00, whichever is greater.
Cancellations on or after Saturday, 13 June 2026 will receive no refund.
Social Functions
Payments are nonrefundable from Saturday, 13 June 2026.
Accommodation
Credit card details must be provided at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation.
Full amount of stay will be charged to the provided credit card 30 days prior to arrival.
Any cancellations including shorten stays made within 30 days (Monday, 22 June 2026) of arrival or no show will incur a 100% cancellation fee equal to each room night that the room was booked.
Kindly note, unpaid conference registrations will be cancelled monthly until 3 months prior to the event. From 3 months before the conference, cancellations will take place every two weeks for outstanding registrations. Full payment of conference fees is required before your arrival.
Arinex is not responsible for any mandatory quarantine fees and travel and border responsibility rests with the individual arriving into Australia.
The Organiser and Host/s of the ANZCVS VSW 2026 (the “Event”) reserve the right to remove from the venue/Event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. Such removal does not constitute a right to refund of any fees paid. Please view the Code of Conduct here which all attendees are expected to comply with.
