Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Congress Managers at register.aip2024@arinexgroup.com

 

Registration

Cancellations before Monday 8 July 2024 will incur a A$150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations from Tuesday 9 July 2024 to Monday 21 October 2024 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations on or after Tuesday 22 October 2024 will receive no refund.

Accommodation 

Credit card details must be provided at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation.
Full amount of stay will be charged to the provided credit card 30 days prior to arrival. 
Any cancellations made within 30 days of arrival or no show will incur a charge equivalent to the full duration of the stay.

Social Functions

Payments are non-refundable as at Tuesday 19 November 2024

Arinex is not responsible for any mandatory quarantine fees and travel and border responsibility rests with the individual arriving into Australia.

The Organiser and Host/s of the Australian Institute of Physics Congress (the “Event”) reserve the right to remove from the venue/Event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. Such removal does not constitute a right to refund of any fees paid. Please view the Code of Conduct here and the AIP Congress Code of Conduct which all attendees are expected to comply with.
