  • Member registration rates apply to members of Engineers Australia (EA) and Royal Aeronautical Society (RAeS). Membership number must be provided.
  • Full payment for registration fee must be received to secure your place at the Congress.
  • Early bird registration closes on 29 October 2024 (AEST). If payment has not been received by this date then the standard rates will apply.
  • Registration terms and conditions:
    • Cancellations before Tuesday 29 October 2024 will incur a $150.00 cancellation fee.
    • Cancellations from Wednesday 30 October 2024 to Tuesday 11 February 2025 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
    • Cancellations on or after Wednesday 12 February 2025 will receive no refund.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Congress Managers via email: register.aiac21@arinexgroup.com.

Note: there will be a $150 administration fee charged for refunds on duplicate registration payments.

Registration

Cancellations before Tuesday 29 October 2024 will incur a A$150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations from Wednesday 30 October 2024 to Tuesday 11 February 2025 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations on or after Wednesday 12 February 2025 will receive no refund.

Social Functions

Payments are non-refundable as at Wednesday 12 February 2025.

Arinex is not responsible for any mandatory quarantine fees and travel and border responsibility rests with the individual arriving into Melbourne, Australia.

The Organiser and Host/s of the 21st Australian International Aerospace Congress (the “Event”) reserve the right to remove from the venue/Event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. Such removal does not constitute a right to refund of any fees paid. Please view the Code of Conduct here which all attendees are expected to comply with.
