Cancellation & Refunds Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers at register.ahrc2024@arinexgroup.com 

 

Registration

Cancellations before Tuesday 4 July 2024 will incur a A$150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations from Wednesday 5 July 2024 to Sunday 4 August 2024 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations on or after Monday 5 August 2024 will receive no refund.

Social

Payments are non-refundable as at Friday 26 July 2024

 

Arinex is not responsible for any mandatory quarantine fees and travel and border responsibility rests with the individual arriving into Australia

The Organiser and Host/s of the AHRC 2024 (the “Event”) reserve the right to remove from the venue/Event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. Such removal does not constitute a right to refund of any fees paid. Please view the Code of Conduct here which all attendees are expected to comply with.
