Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers. 

Note: there will be a $150 administration fee charged for refunds on duplicate registration payments.

Registration
Cancellations before Wednesday 5 June 2024 will incur an A$150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations from Thursday 6 June 2024 to Friday 26 July 2024 will receive a 50% refund of fees payable.
Cancellations after Saturday 27 July 2024 will receive no refund.

Accommodation
Any cancellation or amendment made within 30 days to arrival and no show will be charged a cancellation fee equal to each room night that the room was booked.

Social Function/ Tour
Payments are non-refundable as of Saturday 27 July 2024. 
 
Arinex is not responsible for any mandatory quarantine fees and travel and border responsibility rests with the individual arriving into Queenstown. 

The Organiser and Host/s of the CONFERENCE NAME (the “Event”) reserve the right to remove from the venue/Event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. Such removal does not constitute a right to refund of any fees paid. Please view the Code of Conduct here which all attendees are expected to comply with.
