During the registration process you will have a number of selections to make. Please ensure you have looked through the website and reviewed all the registration categories and social functions available to you, to ensure you can make the most of your experience at ACWA 2024.

If you have dietary requirements (e.g. Allergy to Nuts, Gluten Free, Halal*,  Kosher*, Lactose Intolerant, Seafood or Shellfish Allergy, Vegan, Vegetarian, etc.), please specify. We will endeavour to cater to your needs however this may not be possible in all cases. *Delegates requesting Kosher or Halal meals will be provided with a vegetarian meal.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the ACWA 2024 Conference Managers at register.acwaconference@arinexgroup.com. 

Note: there will be a A$150.00 administration fee charged for refunds on duplicate registration payments and/or name changes.

Registration Fees:
Cancellations before 5 March 2024 will incur an A$150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations from 6 March 2024 to 25 April 2024 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations on or after 26 April 2024 will receive no refund.

Accommodation:
Credit card details must be provided at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. 
Any cancellation made within 30 days of arrival incur 100% cancellation fee.
Deposit and cancellation policy are subject to the hotel's terms and conditions. Please refer to the policy of your chosen hotel. 

Social Function Fees:
Payments are non-refundable as at 26 April 2024.
 
The Organiser and Host/s of the ACWA Conference reserve the right to remove from the venue/ Conference at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. Such removal does not constitute a right to refund of any fees paid.
