One night's deposit must be paid at time of booking to guarantee your reservation.

Should you not arrive at the hotel on your check-in date, the hotel will hold the room until the following morning, and one night's deposit will be retained by the hotel.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers.

Registration Fees:
Cancellations before 5 June 2018 will incur an A$150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations from 6 June 2018 to 19 June 2018 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations on or after 20 July 2018 will receive no refund.

Accommodation: 
One night's deposit must be paid at time of booking to guarantee reservation.
Deposit is non-refundable as at 19 July 2018.

Social Function Fees:
Payments are non-refundable as at 20 July 2018.
