During the registration process you will have a number of selections to make. Please ensure you have looked through the website found here and reviewed all the options available to you to ensure you can make the most of your experience at Acoustics 2023 Sydney in December 2023.

At time of booking, a credit card guarantee is needed to secure your accommodation request. 30 days prior to arrival full payment will be taken on the credit card provided. Should you need to pay in full via EFT, please contact our delegate services team to arrange an invoice.

From Booking Date to 31 days prior to arrival, Cancellations will not incur a cancellation fee. 

Cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the full stay of each room cancelled.  

Cancellations are to be advised of in writing to the Conference inbox: register.acoustics2023sydney@arinex.com.au. 

Should you wish to extend your stay outside of the dates available to choose from at the hotel, please contact our delegate services team at register.acoustics2023sydney@arinex.com.au to arrange extending the dates.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers at register.acoustics2023sydney@arinex.com.au. 

Note: there will be an AUD 150 administration fee charged for refunds on duplicate registration payments and/or name changes for registrations.

Registration Fees:
Cancellations on or after Wednesday 25 October 2023 will be charged $150 administration fee

Accommodation:

The Organiser and Host/s of the Acoustics 2023 Sydney (the “Event”) reserve the right to remove from the venue/Event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.  Such removal does not constitute a right to refund of any fees paid.  Please view the Code of Conduct here which all attendees are expected to comply with.
