Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the AAEE 2025 Conference Managers at register.aaee2025@arinexgroup.com

Registration
Cancellations before Sunday 7 September 2025 will incur a A$150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations from Sunday 7 September 2025 to Monday 27 October 2025 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations on or after Tuesday 28 October 2025 will receive no refund.

Social
Payments are non-refundable as at Tuesday 28 October 2025

Workshops
Payments are non-refundable as at Tuesday 28 October 2025

The Organiser and Host/s of AAEE 2025 (the “Event”) reserve the right to remove from the venue/Event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. Such removal does not constitute a right to refund of any fees paid. Please view the Code of Conduct here which all attendees are expected to comply with.

  • If you are would like to pay via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), please selection Option 1 from the below and a tax invoice will be automatically emailed to you.

  • All transactions by credit card will appear on your bank statement as "Conference by Arinex".
