Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Meeting Managers at: register.4ccardiology@arinexgroup.com.  

Note: there will be a $150 administration fee charged for refunds on duplicate registration payments.

Registration
Cancellations before Thursday 16 November 2023 will incur an A$150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations from Thursday 16 November 2023 to Saturday 6 January 2024 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations on or after Sunday 7 January 2024 will receive no refund.

Accommodation
Any cancellation for booked rooms will be charged the equivalent of the entire stay (100%), charged on the card on file and retained by the hotel. 
1-night deposit will be charged by the hotel between 60 - 31 days out, and full balance will be charged at 30 days out. 
All requests, amendments, and cancellations are to be made through ARINEX by email at 4ccardiology@arinexgroup.com. 

Social
Payments are non-refundable as at Tuesday 24 January 2024.
 
The Organiser and Host/s of the 4CC 2024 (the “Event”) reserve the right to remove from the venue/Event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. Such removal does not constitute a right to refund of any fees paid. Please view the Code of Conduct here which all attendees are expected to comply with.
